In Remote (An island is an island in relation to a continent) we see the frustrated attempt of launching a model airplane in a straight line towards the African continent until it would lose the signal or lose sight.

Inofensivo es una caja de tunos aparentemente dispuestos como en el mercado: en caja y sin púas. Serían como el folclore que se reduce a algo decorativo, pintoresco y políticamente inofensivo. Pero estos en realidad aún tienen sus peligrosas espinas. Las tunas son una planta invasiva traída de vuelta en los primeros tiempos del colonialismo.

Inoffensive is a box of tuna, the fruit of Nopal, apparently arranged like in the market: in a box and without spines. They would be like the folklore that is reduced to something decorative, picturesque and politically inoffensive. But actually those keep their dangerous spines. Nopal is an invasive plant brought back from the first times of colonialism.
